Corteva Agriscience is looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational European Biologicals Commercial Finance Analyst.
The European Biologicals Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in steering the financial course of the business, offering critical insights and strategic recommendations to enhance local operations and financial performance. This position involves a comprehensive approach to financial management, including leading forecasting and budgeting, driving process improvements, and mentoring the finance team for sustained growth and efficiency.
What you will do to help us grow!
Champion Financial Cultivation: Lead the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to guide local management.
Harvest Comprehensive Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial analysis to develop tactical plans that support informed decision-making and elevate business performance.
Evaluate and Enhance: Evaluate performance indicators to derive meaningful insights that drive continuous improvement.
Forge Strong Partnerships: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to craft and execute financial strategies that align with and advance business goals.
Cost Efficiency Farming: Conduct thorough reviews of costs and implement innovative solutions to achieve greater cost efficiency.
Optimize Resources: Optimize working capital through detailed analysis and strategic management.
Empower Business Units: Provide expert financial perspectives for business plans, key performance indicators, and process innovation.
Lead Investment Analysis: Lead investment analysis to construct robust profitability models and maximize returns.
Risk and Opportunity Management: Proactively identify risks and opportunities to mitigate impact on projected results.
Initiate Process Improvements: Lead process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the Finance function to boost accuracy and simplify operations.
Mentor and Cultivate Talent: Mentor and develop the local finance team, offering dedicated guidance and support to nurture their professional growth and skill development.
Champion the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, delivering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to guide local management.

Qualifications
To cultivate what matters, you will need:
Educational Roots: Bachelor's degree required; Accounting or Finance preferred.
Experience Harvest: 10+ years in Corporate and Business-level finance roles.

Excel Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and charting.
