Description:

• 与相关部门紧密合作，结合所负责区域重点产品的发展需求，以可持续高质量的业务需求为目的，制定并执行生物制剂作物方案及其配套施用技术的本地化探索。

• 按照公司相关调研方案，完成负责区域市场调研分析报告。筛选、评估负责市场上作物存在的痛点问题，并对所服务区域市场竞品信息进行整理和收集。

• 能够针对区域市场需求和存在的问题，制定试验计划，设计合理的试验方案并落地实行，配合确保负责区域销售目标的达成。

• 负责向营销团队的技术赋能，和农艺新技术新试验结论通过数字化工具向相关营销团队和客户的技术传递。

• 负责所服务区域技术本地化推广方案活动及相关产品的技术指导和推广支持。

Qualifications

• 本科以上学历，具有农学、植物保护、园艺及生物等相关专业学历。

• 三年以上生物制剂相关经验。

• 对所负责的作物，具有栽培、病虫草害防治等相关知识和管理经验，并对其它作物有一定的知识储备。

• 掌握所负责作物的全程解决方案，具备该作物全品类产品本地化技术开发能力。

• 具备所负责作物试验设计、数据分析及报告汇总能力。

• 具有协作沟通能力及基本的英语读写能力。
