Job Description: As a Research and Development Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent for our R&D teams. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet our hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent within the agriculture industry as well as develop candidate pipelines from academia and other industries.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical capabilities through resume reviews and interviews.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, including interns and early career talent, maintaining long term relationships over the course of a student’s higher education career.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

  • Represent Corteva at industry events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related science (e.g. Chemistry, Biology, Plant Science, Pathology) or Human Resources.

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or managing hiring processes.

  • Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements in research and development.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
