Corteva Agriscience HRSC Brazil Representative in Estado De Mexico, Mexico

Description

The HRSC representative from Brazil is responsible, on the one hand, for processing requests from employees and managers from Brazil; lifecycle events such as hiring, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments and absences, among others. On the other hand, the representative also interacts with employees, managers and other stakeholders through chat and telephone, resolving doubts and redirecting queries. In addition, the representative is responsible for maintaining and updating HRSC procedures.

Activities

  • Lifecycle events processing (hiring, terminations, promotions, salary changes, one-time payments).

  • Documentation creation and distribution.

  • Customer Interaction

Qualifications

  • Native/Advanced portuguese.

  • Fluent english.

  • Native/Fluent spanish.

  • HR shared services experience would be great (not mandatory).

  • Customer Interaction experience (not mandatory).
