We're hiring for Digital & CRM Specialist

You Will Be Part of Growing Team

The Digital & CRM Specialist will work closely with the Digital Marketing Communication Lead ANZ supporting all digital strategy, collecting content and implementing the delivery to internal and external audience for Australia and New Zealand.

The position will report to APAC CS Leader

Your Challenge:

Accountabilities (includes but not limited to)

§ Act as CRM lead, maintaining SalesForce database and all its features, such as inquiry management, activity management, reports, contact management and account management.

§ Plan and Executes many of the digital initiatives internally and externally to support Commercial Team, including marketing automation campaigns in Eloqua (Forms, landing pages and emails), execution , analysis aligned with CE prioritises.

§ Optimize all social media channels to monitor, response, measure targeted communication activities, in conjunction with the agency.

§ Maintains and updates digital tools aligned with strategy including corporate and product Internet Sites, Applications development, and Social Media (e.g., Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, Line).

§ Ensure appropriate training for new and existing employees in the use of CRM databases and other tools.

§ Support Commercial Effectiveness initiatives ie Complaints handling, online training.

§ Ensure the delivery of all targets and timelines per the signed SLA

§ To Grow What Matters, You Will Need:

§ Strong belief that Digital will “Change the world”

§ Bachelor's degree and above, education background in Digital Communication will be preferred.

§ Experienced and resourceful in agrichemical industry is a plus.

§ Familiar with Welcome, PowerBi, Showpad, etc.

§ Self-motivated and eager to learn personality.

§ Team player with good interpersonal, communication skills in English.

§ Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
