We have an exciting opportunity for a SEO / SEM Specialist to join our U.S. Digital team in Indianapolis, Indiana!

What You'll Do:

  • The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the execution and optimization of our growing digital media investment, while working alongside our existing digital media team (SEO and Search), external agencies, and vendors

  • Effectively deliver and optimize ad campaigns across a variety of digital platforms

  • Create search strategies timelines, calendars, and goal

  • Source keywords for content and campaign needs

  • Work with the marketing team to implement and deploy strategy plans

  • Present SEO effective headlines, body copy, CTAs, and tagging system

  • Track site performance and develop new processes to improve

  • Encourage and build inbound organic search traffic

  • Monitor daily budget pacing and analyze campaign results to optimize digital marketing campaigns

  • Write and execute ad copy, and work with cross-functional partners to develop optimal creative for paid search or paid social campaigns

  • Utilize media buying tools to effectively develop, manage and deliver digital advertising campaigns

  • Generate performance reporting on a monthly or quarterly basis

  • Collaborate with vendor partners to stay on top of industry trends and integrate best practices in campaigns

  • Work cross-functionally with Content, Creative, and Analytics teams to understand product marketing strategy, build and execute campaigns and evaluate results to ensure campaigns are delivering on goals and objectives

  • Assist with additional digital marketing tasks as needed

Qualifications

Education:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

What Skills You Need:

  • You possess three (3) or more years' experience in “Paid Search” or SEO experience within a data driven role, preferably at an organization or agency

  • Experience with reporting, developing dashboards and providing analysis across different paid media channels

  • You are a superior communicator (writing, presentations, content creation, etc.…) and have proven experience working successfully with a variety of stakeholders

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization activities

  • Knowledge and experience with LiveRamp, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads Platform and/or other relevant digital marketing and analytics software

  • Familiarity running tests and experiments on paid media and using test results to inform future tactics and strategy

  • An eagerness to learn and develop as a digital marketer

  • You are comfortable with technology and possess an excellent computer aptitude including the use of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and are willing and able to learn other company-specific applications as required

  • You are a creative thinker and self-starter, who can take initiative, be proactive, and work independently

  • You have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent project management skills
