Your challenge:

• Fabrika müdürü tarafından belirlenen programa ve üretim amirinin talimatlarına göre arıtmanın karıştırılması, uygun şekilde çalıştırılması ve işlenmesi.

• Makinenin profesyonel işletimi ve bakımı, gerekirse onarımı

• İşleme tanklarının yanı sıra işleme hattındaki makine ve ekipmanların temizlenmesi. Sistemin tamamen temizlenmesi ve yıkanması.

• Tesis kalite hedeflerini ve beklentilerini bilmek ve bunlara bağlı kalmak.

• Tüm çalışma alanlarında Corteva Biologicals tarafından belirlenen niteliksel ve niceliksel hedefleri takip etmek ve bu beklentileri karşılamak.

• İş gücünü performans, iş kalitesi ve güvenlik eğitimi açısından kontrol altında tutmak için sorumluluk almak.

• Saha kalite hedefleri ve beklentileri hakkında bilgi sahibi olmak ve bunlara uymak.

• Kalite yönetim sistemi tarafından tespit edilen uygunsuzlukların derhal üretim amirine bildirilmesi.

• Şirketin güvenlik ve yangından korunma yönetmeliklerinin yanı sıra çalışma sırasında zorunlu kişisel koruyucu ekipman kullanımına uymak. (Sahada kask, koruyucu gözlük, koruyucu eldiven ve koruyucu ayakkabı giyilmesi zorunludur).

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• High school degree

• You have education and/or experience in operations, manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing 

• You have high attention to detail can multitask, maintain an organized workplace, and have excellent problem-solving skills 

• You value health and safety! You will always work safely and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure you and your colleagues go home safely every day 

• You are willing and able to do the following:

• Mixing, proper operation and processing of treatment according to the schedule established by the plant manager and the instructions of the production supervisor.

• Professional operation and maintenance of the machine, repair if necessary

• Cleaning of processing tanks as well as machinery and equipment on the processing line. Complete cleaning and flushing of the system.

• Stand and sit for extended periods of time

• You have a proactive work ethic! You automatically manage your time to ensure you are contributing to the team in a productive manner 

• Computer skills in MS Office

• Tercihen Lisesi veya Yüksekokulu Mezunu

• Vardiyalı sistemde çalışabilecek

• Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, iletişim becerileri kuvvetli olan

• Operasyon, üretim, tarım veya depolama alanlarında eğitim ve/veya deneyime sahipseniz

• Detaylara çok dikkat ediyorsunuz, çoklu görevler üstlenebiliyor, düzenli bir çalışma ortamı sağlayabiliyor ve mükemmel problem çözme becerilerine sahipsiniz

• Sağlık ve güvenliğe değer veriyorsunuz! Her zaman güvenli bir şekilde çalışacak ve sizin ve iş arkadaşlarınızın her gün evinize güvenle gitmenizi sağlamak için tüm güvenlik politikalarını ve prosedürlerini takip edeceksiniz
