Corteva Agriscience APAC Supply Project Leader in Shanghai, China
Partners with Regional Commercial to develop plans for new product launches.
Collaborate cross functionally to identify supply chain improvement opportunities.
Identify and take action to mitigate supply risks, ensuring successful and effective new product launches as well as overall projects execution in compliance.
Represent Supply Chain on the Innovation Management Network Team as needed, either as Extension & Improve Supply Program Leader (eSPL) or as Regional Product Launch Leader (RPLL). Represents the region on Pipeline Program teams.
Represent Supply Chain on Local Product Concept Teams.
Represent new launch projects within the 5-Years Long Term F&P Capacity Planning Process.
Represent Supply Chain on Regional Packaging Strategy Team.
Follow M&ISC working process on Design and Configuration of the supply network, getting Approval based on the Global M&ISC Approval Matrix for all projects and aligns those to the regional supply chain for Implementation.
Lead cross-functional and cross-regional project teams to deliver project objectives and milestones (e.g. New Launches, Product Line Extension, Purchase for Resale, Co-Formulant Change, Spot Inventory Movement, Distribution Network changes, Create New/Change Coding, Shelf-Life Extension, Packaging Change, etc).
